Every kilogram we ship can be traced back through a documented chain — from the beach or village it was collected in, to the pellet that runs on your line. No black boxes, no blended origin claims.
320 coastal collectors and 12 village drop-off points recover plastic before it reaches open water. Logged by weight, collector and location.
Material is sorted by polymer and colour, contaminants removed, then baled. Each bale carries a batch reference tied to its collection records.
Bales are washed, shredded and pelletised by audited, GRS-certified recycling partners. Chain of custody is maintained through processing.
Every batch is lab-tested against your agreed spec — MFI, density, contamination, colour. Out-of-spec material never ships.
